As a client you can hire us on an hourly basis. This may suit you if you are on a tight budget or just need someone for a few hours on an adhoc basis. We will always let you know how many hours you have left and you can add additional hours if you need to.
If you would like to be sure of availability and you need us for a set amount of time each week or month, a retainer might be better suited to your needs.
Depending on the task it can sometimes make more sense to provide a price for the whole project. This would be discussed before commencing the project. This is especially useful for coordinating events.
During our free consultation we will discuss which plan will suit your needs best. We like to work with people who are open and honest about their needs and budgets.
What now ?
Once you decide to contact us, we will schedule in a 30 minute free consultation to see if we are a good fit. Our consultation is there so that we can understand your needs and expectations. We can answer any questions you may have. This is a very open session, maybe you know exactly what you need, maybe you are just overwhelmed and need to talk things through. By the end of the session we will be clear in what you want from the Dream Team.
Where are you based and do you travel?
We are based in Gibraltar and can travel to businesses within Gibraltar. However we are VA's for a reason so we would not expect this to be a condition when you contract us. We will always makes sure we communicate with you via whatsapp, email and zoom. It is important to us that you are happy with our services.
Do we sign an agreement ?
We will create an agreement outlining the in's & out's of the agreement with you. We will need you to send this back to us before any work can commence.
We always appreciate honest and no nonsense feedback and communication. We want you to be stress free and this means making sure you are comfortable at every step of the process of contracting us. If you have any questions we are happy to sit down and talk it through.
